+ -1 moreIn order to install it, the switch would have had to be placed in the pool housing, which is under ground etc. This is very awkward to use. Juan was able to install this above ground using electrical conduit at eye level so that I could use the switch above ground and see what was happening while you were operating the cover. The other company did not even recommend this to me! This would have had led to numerous repairs of a shear pin piece that is part of the safety feature with the motor, that was breaking continually before this switches installation. This means that this is the last repair that I should need. When he put in the new switch, he had also helped with some burnt out pool lights which were underwater.
Description of Work: Juan had me to helped to install a pool cover motor for me. I am so very glad to have had Juan do the work. I had been using a different company, who shall remain nameless, who would have grossly over-charged me. Juan is scrupulously honest and had an innovation that I was unaware of. It functioned like a garage doors switch. My old motor did not have this device. Juan had helped install this safety switch and his cost was less than half of what I would been charged by other company.
