+ -1 moreDid a very shoddy job of packing lost some items.. . Gave me a fixed price no changes earlier and in the last monemt again haggled with the price and squeezed another 200 to 300 dollars out of me. No response after the picked up the stuff...basically it the job of a different company who will deliver on the other end.. who again do not have a clue.

Description of Work: Professional pickup in the bay area, but over 14 days late on delivery on the East Coast. I had to keep calling them to get an update on my shipment, however they would rarely return my calls. Driver dropping off items hired poor movers on this end (scratched my wall, damaged part of my countertop when moving stuff into the apartment). Great moving price, but poor on the execution of getting everything here.

+ -1 moreFirst I would like to say that the representatives I worked with were very detail oriented asking many questions that at first you think may be out of ordinary but I assure you that these questions that are asked are for your own benefit! The team arrived morning of the move and walked through the home with me and made sure i agreed to all the terms prior to starting the job. I have used movers in the past so i was sketchy. however i could not find the man power so i had to resort to movers again. The guys handled my belonging with care and worked very fast. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for my future upcoming moves.

+ -1 moreIt was really good. They were punctual and friendly. They went above and beyond. They shrink wrapped everything. They never took a break while they were there for 6 hours. They didn't waste any time. They took care of my furniture. Victor, the foreman, worked very hard and told me everything that they were doing. They listened to what I wanted.
