+ -1 moreNewcomb?s Tree Service Company did a great job. This is the second time I?ve used them. I?ve been very happy with them both times. Their charges are very reasonable. I would definitely use them in future.
Description of Work: I got some tree trimming service done through Newcomb’s Tree Service Company last week. They cut down one tree, did some trimming and took out some bushes for me.

+ -1 moreArranged with Lulu Newcomb to have an estimator come to my house on a Monday and quote a price for tree removal. Estimator never arrived. I phoned the company 4 days later, on Friday, to inqire what had happened. Lulu told me the estimator "got really busy" and couldn't keep my appointment. AND Lulu had failed to write down my phone number so she couldn't call me to reschedule. Most annoying of all, instead of apologizing, Lulu gave two or three excuses: "I was really busy, and my brother was out of town so I was running the business all by myself, and I couldn't call you because I didn't have your number." (Um, whose fault was that?)
Description of Work: Estimate for tree removal; however, company didn't keep the appointment.
