I have worked with Gosalair in two projects. And one repair work. The founder owner Kesar Singh is prompt, technical, fully hands-on, sincere, quick to reply with quote, explain, courteous and execute the job quickly. He is pricing is reasonable, lower than anyone with comparable experience and skill. I recommend him fully to anyone.

Our Handyman changed the thermostat in Oct 2022. We used the heater in the winter and never tried the AC. Yesterday night became very hot and we tried moving the Thermostat to COOL and AC didn't work. Our AC unit was installed by Gosal Heating and Air Conditioning. I made a call explaining the problem and Mr. Kesar called me and showed up in 1 hour. He checked the Thermostat and rewired it and AC worked again. He is very kind, humble and generous and refused to take service fee. I would highly recommend his company and him.

Kesar Singh has been awesome in providing HVAC services to us for las 15+ years. His is the only number that I keep my HVAC needs.

Gosal did a great job with the entire project, right from arriving for inspection to providing the quote, and still sticking with the quote even though the actual project was started many months after the initial quote (due to COVID precautions). Excellent worksmanship to cut out the old unit (the previous owners put closet door after the unit was put in place) and replace with new one, despite confines of space. Its been 2 months and the cooling has been working great. Very happy went with Kesar and would highly recommend him.

I had Gosal Heating & Air Conditioning do a full furnace and Air conditioner installation last summer and within 3 months of installation I have been having issues with furnace failing to run randomly and showing error codes. Kesar owner for business has been very irresponsible and not interested in fixing the issues. After several phone calls and messages towards end of last summer he replaced circuit board, but issue is still existent. As a part of contract it is warranty for 10 years & labor for 2 years, but Kesar has no intention to fix issue. It is unfortunate that he doesn't want to standby his customers. He has no work force and sub contracted the installation for cheap who has no intention/motivation to do it right. He just wont reply to text messages, he responds to calls but keeps avoiding conversation of fixing it. Never called back this summer. It is the most irresponsible business I have ever dealt with. Please don't ever hire this person if you want to protect your investment.

We hired them to change all ducting if our home. Raj and staff were extremely professional and sincere to accomplish task in very reasonable price. Strongly recommended!

Now, this all happened several years ago, so take that for what it is worth. We needed to have a complete heating and air conditioning system installed from scratch. I had gotten 3 estimates, and the other two were about the same as each other. The price Gosal gave me was about $1000 cheaper, and that is why I gave them the job. The installation seemed to go well, and everything worked; however, the technicians who did the work were very unprofessional and made both my wife and my teenage daughter uncomfortable, to the point where they each asked me not to let these people in the house again. All the equipment seemed to be working at first, but after a couple of years the condensation drains stopped working properly, and I went under the house and discovered that they had been installed with a very low spot, requiring the condensation to run UPHILL in order to drain outside the house. I ignored that problem for a few years, but when the condensation began to run out of a ceiling fixture in the hallway, I had another company come out to evaluate the system and estimate repairs. It turns out that the drain pan under the A/C coil in the attic was not positioned properly, the drain lines were oriented uphill as they leave the cooling unit as well as uphill again when they got under the house, and when the company doing the repairs checked the pressure on the compressor they found that the compressor had been over charged, resulting in an unnecessarily high load on the system, which could result in early failure. The repairs are going to cost less than the amount I saved on the low bid, but in hindsight I would pay the higher bid for a more reputable company to do the job right the first time.

The representative was very nice, on time, and answered lots of questions patiently. We chose another contractor with a more detailed estimate so I really am not able to address how the services were actually performed by this company.

The tech disconnected my old unit, installed a new base, installed, and tested the new unit, then charged and tested the unit. He hauled off the old unit and left the work site neat and clean. The installation looks professional high quality. I believe GOSAL is an "A+" service provider, but have to must rank GOSAL an "A" because they didn't notify me that were running late until 15 min after their appointment time then arrived 15 min later making them 30 min late to the job site. BTW, they finished the job "ON TIME" and in budget.
