He came with an associate. The two of them went to work immediately and looked at the crack on the ceiling in my den. They asked me questions which I answered. I also asked them questions. The conclusion was that the crack is not very serious and does not need immediate repair attention. Gang also suggested that I buy something called Crack Monitoring Record, Standard Tell-Tale Crack Monitor for the Standard and Corner Tell-Tale from Amazon for monitoring the width of my crack so I would know how fast the crack is progressing. I was satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to people who need a professional opinion on this subject matter.

Most of the time in the approval process was spent waiting for the city. Gang and his team were able to churn out revisions just within a few days to address the city's comment after the initial submittal. Very happy with the result. Price is fair.
