Cisco Electric

I chose Francisco with Cisco Electric because he offered free estimates. He provided great communication prior to my appointment. He was always available for questions and made me feel like a priority customer, even though it was only a free estimate even though he had other paid appointments. It was effortless to set up a time for him to evaluate my electrical problem. He arrived at the scheduled time early, and was extremely professional. Instead of simply doing a free estimate, he spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem. It turns out that the outlet which I was told by a cable installer was not grounded actually was grounded according to the tests Francisco performed. He then spent a long time testing for problems with the light dimming issue. He evaluated a number of circuit breakers, and ultimately determined that the electrical issue is most likely due to a PG & E malfunction behind the circuit breaker. After about 45 minutes of work and testing, he determined that we need to reach out to PG & E so that they can resolve the issue. He told me the specific information that I needed to provide to PG & E. After all of that work, he charged me NOTHING. This company is truly honest. They bent over backwards to help me FOR FREE. There were many chances for him to possibly rip me off because I do not know anything about electrical work, yet he was professional to the utmost degree possible. If I ever need electrical work done, I will hands-down choose him to do it. I have never been so impressed with a contractor. I cannot understate my recommendation for Cisco enough. Thank you very much for extremely wonderful service. It is not something that we see in the Bay Area every day. A++++++
