 + -1 moreThey were the worst. I called them on Saturday and they charged me $65, they didn't even pull the unit from the wall. They didn't have any English skills, broken English. No wording on their service truck. They were rude, uncaring and I would not use them again. Requested an additional $150 to drain the washer tub, which I did myself. They told me the motor had failed but have been told by other organizations that it is not common in Maytag appliances.
Description of Work: They came to repair my washer/dryer combo.
