+ -1 moreI contacted Ilgar Najafov, Appliance Repair Expert, on October 20, 2024 after my ice maker stopped making ice. I have paid him $460 and still have no working icemaker. He has put in a good effort, but when unsuccessful has chosen to walk away. He said “I paid a lots of money for parts to be honest. I can give you $200 credit back. I’m still loosing in your case, but I understand your situation. I also try everything to make it work even it’s not worth to me to do that.” I responded with “Hello Ilgar. I recognize that you are a small business and want to be fair. Here is a counterproposal. A $300 refund, and replace the new parts with the originals that were removed, leaving me with a working refrigerator and freezer, with water turned off. You will be able to return the new parts for credit. I hope you find this equitable.” No reply from Ilgar. Beware of his “90 day warranty”.
