+ -1 moreEverything went beautifully. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I could not have asked for better service. Jose is in my permanent list of contractors for air conditioning and heating. The systems is working wonderfully now.
Description of Work: Jose came to the house and did a lengthy inspection. This was free. I needed to see what was going on with the air conditioning. He went under the house and into the attic. He also had a camera that could check the ducts from the inside. Using his cell phone, he took photographs of all the problem areas. There were several. It turned out that animals had ruined some areas of the ducting that had been replaced with cheap materials a few years back. Thus, I had to replace what had been fairly recently replaced. I made the appointment with Jose and the tenant to get the work done. Jose was prompt, courteous, thorough, and his prices were great. I know he could have charged more for all the work he did. He installed the proper ducting under the house and replaced the ducts in the ceiling that were missing. He cleaned all the ducts out. He also took photographs from before and after the procedure, so I could see what was done. He was worth every cent.
