Description of Work: I called multiple times to get someone to come do a very small job. I gave explicit instructions on how to find our property. No one ever showed up not even a phone call. Days later when I finally got someone to respond I was told that the driver couldn't find the house and that we'd have to find someone else to do the job because our house was to hard to find. Duh! What a bunch of idiots! Left me with my water shut of to the house for over two weeks to finally be told they were basically to lazy to do the job!

The next day I was contacted by the person who monitors the List for them and she told me she would give the job to one of their local plumbers, who would contact me. The did not contact me, so I called the local business directly and scheduled a time and day for them to come out. The plumber was right on time, looked at what needed to be done, went and bought supplies and then went to work, first on the kitchen sink, the on the faucet in the back yard. Because the pipes in the yard were so old, when he was done, he went and monitored the water meter to make sure that none of the underground pipes were leaking. All was good! I thought that the price was very reasonable for the work done. He was courteous and professional.
Description of Work: There was a broken faucet in the back yard that was broken in a place where the only way to keep the water from gushing out was to turn off all the water to the house. He fixed that faucet and even watched the water meter after it was fixed to make sure there were no underground leaks. He also fixed the kitchen sink, installed a new faucet fixture and replaced some of the pipes under the sink.
