Grant threatened to sue us when we refused to pay for the wrong windows they ordered. They bullied us and threatened to come to our house to get payment. I don't feel safe even knowing they have our gate code. This was a horrible experience and I want everyone to know what crooks these people are.
Description of Work: We have high end Milgard windows in our house that carry a lifetime garentee. If Grant knew what he was doing he should have known that and informed us. When we had Round Tree Glass come do an estimate, they told us about the garentee and gave us the information to get the failed windows covered. I'd asked Grant to replace our windows immiadiately.prior to speaking with Milgard. I called Grant to let them know about the issue and they lied to me and said the windows they had ordered were Milgards and that with the receipt Milgard would reimburse us. Turns out the windows were not Milgards and if we had them installed we would not be reimbursed.
