+ -1 moreClint responded within 30 minutes. By the end of the afternoon I had a full property analysis along with pictures of the property he had taken the same day. It's important to note that this property was not one that was listed in the MLS so his timely response took some effort on his paft. I have yet to hear from any of the other realtors. I will definitely be using Clint for all of my real estate transactions in the counties he covers.
Description of Work: I am looking for a property investment in Mendocino county and reached out to three realtors by email.
