The entire job to epoxy finish my garage floor from start to finish went very smoothly. The local sales rep, Curtis, provided a quote on a Saturday which was in line with my cost expectations, so it wasn't necessary to get multiple bids. We firmed up the start date a few weeks later, and my 400 sq ft garage was done in 3 days and looks great. The office staff gave me a call each morning during the days work was being completed, and provided a time window for when the workers would arrive on that respective day. Great communication, easy to work with and highly recommend for your garage epoxy needs!

Great. Curtis answered all my questions over the phone. I submitted a sketch of the garage floor 540 sqft and several photos. The quote took a few days but I received it over e-mail. I selected the color from the website. I asked if he could add silver glitter and he included for free. The whole process took 4 visits. Each morning I received a phone call from the office telling me when to expect the workers. Each day the workers came within the time window. The 1st day they forgot to coat underneath the stairs but I texted Curtis and they took care of it the next day. All in all, the communciation was good. We are happy with the results. My house painter took notice and thought it was good work at a good price and even asked for the contact. Thank you.

We're glad we chose Curtis and would go with him again since it looks like he did a great job on our epoxy flooring. His staff were professional, pleasant, and did the job on time. We had some hiccups in terms of communication initially, but once the job was started all went well.

We got our garage floor done and we love it! We were thinking maybe it wasn't necessary or worth while but we couldn't have been more wrong. We're so thrilled we went ahead with it and got it done. They did an amazing job - I would never try to do this myself. It's quite a process and it needs professionals to do it right. Our garage feels so much cleaner and looks incredible. The floor has not been repaired at this point and they won't answer my phone calls or emails.

The surface is more slippery now than it was before. They won't do a site visit to talk about it. They won't fix it. They just quoted me more money to add another coat. Absolutely absurd. If you don't have a product to do the job, don't take the job.

The floor looks great and cleans easily. Much better to have this done than just a boring epoxy color. Many fun colors to choose from.

After dealing with so many people to try and get this done, so many false starts, it was wonderful to hire somebody...and it was just done. Amazing!!! Looking to hire them on a larger level for my studio operation at work as well. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This is second time I've used Vision Garage Flooring. When I moved into my new house, I knew I had to have the garage done since my last house came out so great. It's a 3 day process and they showed up on time every day and did a superb job. It's been 7 months and the floor still looks incredible. I have referred Vision to many jealous friends!

Easy and quick from initial call to job completion! Curtis gave me a detailed quote over the phone and we scheduled the work to start about 2 weeks later. Burt did the installation work and finished the floor in 4 days and installed the ceiling racks a few days later. Our garage looks like a million bucks. Thanks guys!!!! Would recommend to anyone.

Contacted Curtis initially and got a quote promptly emailed to me based on a 400sqft garage. The quote detailed the scope of work and was self explanatory. We then proceeded to schedule the job which lasted 3 days. I cannot be happier with the results.

On- time, complete on schedule, beautiful work and issues. Initially had to remove indoor/outdoor carpet. That was glued to the floor. Really messy but turned out great.

We contacted Curtis O'Neal to inquire about his services. He was very responsive and came to our home to evaluate the existing garage floor conditions. He explained the various material options and the pros and cons of each. We selected an epoxy solid gray color. He sent his technician, Robert, to do the prep work and installation. Everything was done in the time period that he estimated. After the process was completed, there were some problem areas in the floor, and Curtis sent Robert out right away to correct them. This took two visits, but Curtis stood behind his work. We then decided we wanted to change the color of the epoxy to a lighter gray. This was no fault of Vision Garage Flooring. It was purely a preference on our part. Curtis gave us a very fair price to redo the color. Our overall experience was excellent. Demi, in his office, was very communicative in notifying us when the technician was on his way. We would recommend their service to others.

It went great! We are just moving into this house and the garage was a mess. We hired Vision Garage Flooring to install a new floor. They showed up on schedule and provided excellent quality work. We love our new floor.

All went smoothly. Showed up time, did exactly what we discussed. I couldn't be happier. There was a small closet along side the garage that I completely forgot on the original order. Curtis immediately resheduled a time to do the closet, even though it was small and was probably an inconvenience for them. It was my fault, but they accommodated me perfectly. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism.

Overall my experience with Vision Garage flooring was positive. They provided the service they said they would. The final product looks great and certainly seems like it will last a while. The price for the product was very good. I only had two issues with my experience: 1) It was difficult to get a response or confirmation on when they would come out to start the work on my garage until a day or two in advance. 2) There are some areas where the installer didn't check for dirt/debris before adding the next layer of the epoxy so I have some leaves and mulch trapped in the epoxy.

The Sales guys was very professional and courteous. I enjoyed speaking with him and he is a big reason why I ended up going with them. The installation was "OK". The problem was that while they did as expected, there were several finishing details such as a very sloppy uneven line where the garage doors went down and several spots along the edges of the garage that were not finished. As a further example, when the garage doors where shut, one could see the blue chip epoxy sticking out in some areas and not in others. It basically did not look finished and more like a can of paint spilled inside the garage versus someone using a piece of tape to tape off and create a clean line. It really is unfortunate that this last 5-10% was not completed. The job they did by and large was done well, just the final finishing touches were not done. They did follow up with me and we came up with a compromised solution together, but in the end not what I or frankly they had hoped for. After talking with several of the folks who came to correct the problems, they shared that they have had this problem with several other homes done by the same installer who did my home. I do not recall the installers name, but be sure to ask them prior to having them do your job. In general, they are good people, for the most part did a good job, just unfortunately the one who did my home did not have attention to detail or simply was not as skilled so the finer points like ensuring there is a straight line where the garage goes down, etc. simply were not done. Unfortunately, once this stuff goes down, it is so durable and permanent, there really isn't a good way of correcting it. They did come and try, but for the money, I was hoping for something great and I ended up getting something good instead. I debated back and forth on whether I would really recommend them again. It basically came down to a bad installer. If they could ensure me I do NOT get the same installer, then yes I would use them again.

I called Vision Garage Flooring for an over-the-phone estimate. I spoke to Curtis McNeal and he was extremely helpful and informative. After getting a few other bids, I decided to go with Vision Garage Flooring. Curtis came out and did the measurements and brought color samples of the granite epoxy flooring that they offered. It had turned out that I had measured a portion of the project wrong and he said he would cover it at no additional charge. Prior to the project starting, Curtis was extremely responsive to any questions I had. When the project started, the crew arrived relatively early on the first and second day at about 10am. They did the preparation, primer, base coat and paint chips. It seemed to all go well. On the third day, things began to change a little... The first coat of the clear coating was due to be installed. By 3pm, the crew had not yet arrived. I called the office to ask if they were still coming and the office told me that they would be coming the next day. I left the house and a neighbor called me a couple hours later to tell me the workers arrived at my house. I came back home to find the workers working in the dark. I asked them about what the office had told me and they didn't know why I was told they weren't coming. The final day, the worker arrived again, very late in the day to do the final coat. After he was done, he said the office would be in touch and he simply left. I was advised not to walk on the floor for 24 hours. When the 24 hours were done, I went and inspected the final product. The floor color seemed to be exactly what I was hoping for. However, as I walked around the garage, I noticed that in the corners there were spots that were literally missed, ie, not painted over. I called Curtis to let him know that there was a problem with the edges and he said he would have some people out to look at it next time they were in the area. Twenty days later, no one has come by and my stuff is now moved into the garage covering the problem areas. Overall, the floor looks good and I have received a lot of compliments about it. I feel the customer service started out strongly with this company. But, after they finished and were paid, the customer service basically ceased to exist with no final inspection of their work and no follow up with me regarding the issues I had.
