Description of Work: I originally called Synergy to fix an audio video system someone else installed in my California home. We wanted a more user friendly system and one that didn't have any glitches. Synergy installed an Apple (Mac) based system called Savant and I love it. My husband is usually in charge of the home automation but the Synergy guys walked me through everything and answered all my questions - more than once! I love the system and can use my ipad or iphone as a remote. Love the work so much that when I recently bought my second home in Nevada, I asked if they would be able to do a whole home automation system and they did! They asked for all the specifications and home measurements and floor plan (which I had) and build the system in California for efficiency and sent two gentlemen to Nevada to handle the set up which included surround sound speakers around my home, installation of a few flatscreens and much more that I can't think of because I never had to worry about anything. It works perfectly!!! I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again.
