+ 0 moreRichard Medina was very prompt and professional. He treated many rusted areas on my wrought iron fencing and spiral staircase with a special anti-rust primer and then primed all services and finally painted them. The job took three days, and the work was done with very high quality.
Description of Work: Sanded, primed and painted my exterior wrought iron.

+ 0 moreRich Medina came to my home and quoted the cost and scope of work that would be involved in replacing my fence. We discussed options for materials and decided together on cedar First was the tear down and haul away of the old fence. Rich made sure that there were no pets to be concerned about. Once the fence was down, the new one went up very quickly. Within a week my neighbor and I had a wonderful new Cedar fence. We were both very pleased with the work and the professionalism shown by Mr. Medina. I would definitely hire him again. As a matter of fact, we are currently discussing having him install new landscaping to go along with the new fence.
Description of Work: My old grape stake fence was on it's last legs. My neighbor and I decided we would share the cost of a new fence. We were referred to RSM Consulting by another neighbor.
