He is very responsive, he comes right away. He is honest. He fixes the problem promptly. He is trustworthy and he is safe to have in your house. He is clean and nice - a very nice young man. I will absolutely use him again.

Seemed very busy when I initially called them. Offered to call back the next day to setup an appointment, but did not call back. On the third day, I called Arthur again and he apologized and setup the very first appointment the next day (8:00AM). He also offerred a ballpark quote on the phone which seemed in-line with what I was expecting. Arrived about 20 mins late, but he was very thorough and patient on his job. The honesty, integrity and professionalism shows. He had to root my drain twice, but stuck to his original quote. Explained things well and did a clean job. Overall I would give a big thumbs up for Arthur Romero, would request his services again if the need arises and recommend him to anyone that asks.

When I contacted the company by phone, I was informed that a technician would be at my home within three hours and that I'd be phoned when he was on his way. I was alerted according to plan, and he arrived after about two hours. He was very professional and careful, and he had the line cleared in a short time. In the past, I've dealt with companies that tried to sell me sewer-line replacement or sewer-line lining. Some companies insisted that a hydrojet cleaning was necessary. One group used a submersible camera to check the pipe, and then tried to convince my wife that the pipe junctions, visible every six feet, represented serious breaks. One inexperienced technician ran his rooter in too fast, so that it doubled back on itself and almost couldn't be extracted. [The were even going to charge me extra for their ineptitude!] My experience with _this_ company was like a breath of fresh air. It was exactly the way dealing with a professionally-run service company should be.
