Description of Work: The initial response was quite fast. The estimator made careful measurements and suggestions about gutter we should install and those areas that gutters would be unnecessary. He made great efforts to help us find an exact color match and downspout style. The installers did a good job, cleaned up, and were gone before I even knew they were here. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Was thinking of putting in gutters myself, then an Angies List special for gutters popped up and I bought it. Glad I did. They did in a half a day what would take me a couple of weekends. They use big spikes to attach the gutters. I have heard that hangers are better, but I get the feeling the spikes they use will hold just fine. You might be able to find a little better price, but I thought the price was fair, and they were on the ball and hassle free. I needed some extra gutter so the price was over the special.

Description of Work: I got an estimate in the fall, however they seemed to busy to deal with my situation. They called me back in the spring and the salesperson listened to my concerns and figured out the best solution to my drainage problems. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the installation and the locations of the downspouts. Knowledgeable and professional!!

Description of Work: They removed approx. 40 feet of 75-yr-old rotted/rusted/sagging gutter from the second story eaves on a difficult to impossible to reach roof line (due to being 18" from my neighbor's "historic" garage, hence no place to put a ladder for 20 feet).....installed a small gutter and downspout over the front porch.....and spliced a downspout into the backyard gutter to drain the roof into an under-house yard drain to stop the flooding in my back yard/garages/basement. I have not, however, received a statement from Orange County Rain Gutters for my repair records. They were unable to install the 35 feet of new gutter on the wall where the rotted gutter was removed due to absence of access. They were turning the paperwork over to their billing department for possible adjustment of the $450. I have not heard from them, and I DO want a receipt for the work done.

+ -1 moreI called to request an estimate and Kathy, the office manager, answered the phone and was very polite and helpful. She took my information and an estimator called me back that same day and made appointment to give me an estimate. He arrived on time and was very polite and answered all my questions. I chose this company based on their A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and their lifetime warranty on installation and material. They have also been in business for over 30 years. That says alot! An excellent crew came out and did a professional job installing my new raingutters.This crew has been working for the owner for over 15 years and were very knowledgable, clean and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Description of Work: Added 57' of new rain gutter, with leaf guard, to our back patio area. I removed the old gutter and had the wood repainted prior to installation.

+ -1 moreEstimator arrived on time and was very friendly. Installer arrived on time. Notified me that I had the phone line along the beam that the gutter was to be installed. Wanted to cut the line. I refused. I asked him to remove the line and put it below the gutter. After some discussion, he finally agreed. When I came out to check his work, he was "ripping" the cord off and removing the paint. He told me it wouldn't matter since the gutter would cover the area. I asked him to staple the cord below and he said he didn't have a staple gun. I gave him one to use. It would have been nice had the estimator recommended that I move the cord. I'm sure the installer would have been happier as he was very quick. The installation of the gutter looks good.
