I love these guys! I will never use another plumbing service. They were quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I really felt that they were honest and thorough. It was fine. They did a good job. There was extra cost and it ended up being about $300.

First my apologies for not getting this done sooner for them, had some unexpected family emergencies the day after they came out and just haven't wanted to do anything with all the trips back and forth to the hospital for the last couple of months. Clog happened late the night before service, called in and was quoted a night rate which was reasonable for night service, sorry I don't recall what it was but it was a few hundred more, but felt we could wait till morning so we did. Called back in in the morning and scheduled an appointment and they sent Marcio over to help us with the clog in our main line. Even though we had scheduled to have the whole main line jetted he gave us the option at a lower cost to just clear the clog for us once he got there and looked at it. We choose to go with jetting out the main line for the $285 because of the age of our house and the that we had been putting it off sense we bought it years ago. Marcio then set up his pump and lines and started to clear our line all the way out to to the community line about 75 to 100 feet and then once done with the clog continued to rerun/jet our line 3 or 4 more times to make sure it was jetted out completely. Marcio is a great company representative and explained what needed to be done, our options, answered questions, and then worked fast to fix the issue and do a little long term maintenance. On a side note, this service came with an additional jet out if needed within 90 days which we actually had to use because of a day of way to many guests and low flow toilets. Rescheduling was easy and it was great to see Marcio show up again. I think they try to send out the same tech when possible. Marcio did a quick analysis and then pulled out the jetter and ran it thru a few times to clear it out, gave me my receipt for zero cost and was gone and a few minutes of chit chat. They were really good. They were very polite and they get the job done. We were having problems with our water flow in our kitchen sink. It was getting too hot. We were also having a dishwasher put in. So we were having some changes done to the plumbing configuration so it would accommodate the new dishwasher. I can't remember the exact price they charged. But it seemed reasonable at the time.

I was given an estimate of about $750 to repair or I could replace the toilet for about $725. I bought a new seal at Home Depot for $7. It took me about 15 minutes to replace it myself. These people tried to take advantage of me thinking that I didn't know any better...very dishonest.

Fine. They arrived within the promised time window, and the work was completely quickly and efficiently. It turned out not to be a major clog (which I had suspected), but it was worth it to me to have the lines completely cleared and snaked out.

Excellent service

Made an effort schedule visit right away as they knew this unit was powering a computer server room in the middle of summer. Showed up on time, gave accurate estimate, had parts with him, repaired in a few hours, tested, followed up a week later to make sure unit running smoothly.

Anthony arrived here at the time scheduled, he and his partner showed me exactly what was going to be done and made sure I was aware that the gas would be shut off to the entire home while they were working. They ran a line from the side of my home into the kitchen where the stove was going to be installed. They showed me where the two shut off valves to the line are and even offered to install the stove for me. They made sure to clean up the area they were working in before they left. There were both extremely nice and courteous I would highly recommend them.

Service was excellent. We were given a window of 2 hours, but would call if they could come early. They called early and were at the house just as they promised. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. They found a starting capacitor on the blower motor had failed. He had the part and was able to repair the system. He did say that if the motor is going bad the new capacitor could fail and then we would need to replace the motor. Only time will tell. They were recommended by a coworker and the recommendation was spot on. I called a number of companies from Angie's list, but due to the heat wave all three companies were busy and couldn't come out until next week. I was able to schedule an appointment this week with OC plumbing heating & A/C and now the A/C is working great! Erick was honest and seemed to know about repairing air conditioners. I asked about a tune up and he said due to the lateness in the season he recommended we wait until next year. We will be definitely calling them back next year and will likely have them perform some upgrades to our system.

I was not home during the process but the problem has has been resolved.
