The installation was done beautifully- nice, professional crew. We had a wonderful experience and will use Old Town Flooring for our flooring needs again!

Description of Work: They replaced the flooring in our kitchen. They have a wonderful selection and they know their products well. We were very happy with the quality of their work then and are still extremely happy with their work 6 months later. We would definitely recommend them (and have already).

Description of Work: The installation was excellent the installer was very good, answered all of my questions and tried to be as neat as possible.. (Although they advertise the installers are their employees. .that is not quite true. They do jobs for other stores.) The only problem I had was the office persons forgot things. I ordered samples..when the samples arrived they forgot to call me and when I finally got the samples they had ordered the wrong tiles and it was too late to order the correct samples before the installation date. So I had to either postpone the installation or go with a different tile. I would use them again but I would keep much closer tabs on the office stuff.

+ -1 moreThe folks at Old Town flooring were extremely helpful and professional. We were extremely pleased with how the floors turned out and would definitely use them again in the future. They don't have the least expensive labor price but they use their own employees to do the work and stand by their quality. They are also able to get Eco Timber products for a great price.
Description of Work: Old Town flooring installed Eco Timber woven bamboo flooring in a large percentage of our new home. They handled everything from the removal of the old carpet to installing the floors and baseboards. We have a fairly old house so there was some prep work and leveling to be done in order get the slab ready but everything turned out great.

+ -1 moreWe moved into a home that had wood floors everywhere except the very large master bedroom and small bedroom. I called Old Town Flooring and the person who I spoke with asked that we come by and chat in person, which we did. He spend loads of time with us reviewing our options, as we were trying to "match" 50 year old red oak wood. After a number of consults and looking at samples we picked our wood. I am always nervous about the labor. I sadly feel that most work is done by people who just want to finish the job and go home and rush rush, cut corners, etc. Not these guys! As a matter of fact, the installers really took their time and even created a custom transition to the bathroom that was a challenge due to there being a level difference. We ended up doing not only the master but the smaller room. The labor was excellent as was the product. While maybe there are cheaper places, or maybe not, I feel the price was fair, the work was excellent, and I know that if I ever have an issue I can drive over or call and they will assist.
Description of Work: Wood floors in master bed and smaller bedroom. Custom baseboards in master.

+ -1 moreWe are in the beginning stages of the doing comparison shopping. Time will tell.
Description of Work: Getting ready to change out all the flooring in the entire house. We met with Greg Day & Marge Flamme. Both were very helpful and informative. They were very attentive and answered all of our questions. They went over the pro's & con's of laminate flooring vs. wood flooring. At the end, they even provided us with samples we wanted to take home to see with our decor and lighting. We are still in the process of doing comparison shopping, however, I am very pleased with the assistance they have provided thus far.
