+ 8 moreThis company has worked for me over the course of 18 years. I have lived in 3 different homes during this time and OC Contractor did the remodeling on all of the bathrooms and one kitchen. We're talking about gutting the rooms and starting from scratch. I have nothing bad to say! They weren't the cheapest, but they were the best - getting each bathroom done in 7 days with beautiful results.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Dan was professional and straightforward in providing an estimate, scheduling the work, and performing the work to fit our schedule. He and his boys do good work with attention to detail, and we were very pleased with the results. When we noticed a few pencil marks left on the baseboards, Dan was diligent in following up and coming back to remove them. I would use Dan for future work and would recommend him highly.
Description of Work: In a remodeling of our guest bathroom, Dan installed a vanity (provided by us) and faucet/sink, mounted a new mirror, wall light, and towel ring (which included tearing the old fixtures off the wall and repairing the wall), installing a vent fan, and painting the room.

Description of Work: We needed to remove the drop ceiling, redo the old florescent lighting in our bathroom, change the position of the wall heating vent, add more electrical outlets, replace and move the position of an extremely noisy ceiling fan and update the medicine cabinet. Dan came out to research our needs and we received an estimate quickly. Dan had suggestions for us that ended up being absolutely wonderful! We now have new lighting with dimmer switches and a fan with a timer that doesn't sound like a jet taking off! Dan and his guys were amazing, they worked together well and cleaned up everything before they left. The job started and finished just as we were told. We will have this company do further work for us and we have recommended them to others.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE BEEN RESPONSIVE. THEY ARE EASY TO GET A HOLD OF. IF I CALL UP TECH SUPPORT WITH A QUESTION THEY WILL WALK ME THROUGH IT. IT'S REASONABLE. I BELIEVE SOME OF THE COMPETITION IS FIFTY OR SIXTY DOLLARS MORE A YEAR.
Description of Work: IT IS A YEARLY PRICE FOR SECURITY MONITORING. THEY DID THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION YEARS AGO.
