+ -1 moreI had previously taken my computer to computer repair store and they charged me for diagnosis & told me I had a bad mother board. I removed motherboard and sent it to manufacturer (they said it was good)- I went back to the same store and they said the same thing. In desperation I went to Micro Center and they fixed my problem.
Description of Work: Diagnosed Problem & Replaced Power Supply.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE THOROUGH AND HELPFUL. WE WERE TRYING TO LOCATE A FAN THAT FIT IN A PARTICULAR SPACE AND THEY GAVE ME SOME ADVICE ON IT. THEY WERE ALSO WILLING TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AMPS. THEY KIND OF WENT THROUGH SOME OF THE TECHNICAL STUFF WITH ME BECAUSE IT WASN'T A FACTORY REPAIR. THESE WERE DIFFERENT PARTS.
