Level2 Security

It was good. The technician went out and added a video doorbell. He was great and able to get everything done in one day.

I can only speak positive about Level 2 Security. I’ve been with them for almost three years and have never had any problems. They have always been professional, and continue to be so now. They recently sent one of their technicians to assist us with a problem we were experiencing with our cameras after a change in internet provides. Their response time was prompt, and the technician was Knowledgeable and polite. I have no regrets about doing business with this outstanding company and it’s kind and reliable staff.

From the initial contact with Griselda to the final service by Emad, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. As a single woman, I didn’t even really know what I needed but they educated me as we went along. I didn’t feel like I was being “up-sold” but that I was being made to feel safe. The apps are easy to use. Setting the alarm each night, the video doorbell and panic button were great additions to my system. I’m grateful for the comfort levels they provided.
