+ 5 moreOur house is from the 30ies and has been a challenging project, due to it's age. However, Andrew and his crew are always positive, and quick to come up with solutions that are both wise and cost effective. Andrew is an extremely ethical and knowledgeable contractor, he is also very hard working and considerate. He employs a friendly and knowledgeable hard-working staff that have done a beautiful job. My husband and I highly recommend Kiwi Fab Construction.
Description of Work: This is our third job with Kiwi Fab Construction. They remodeled our first house in 2001, and did a great job with our new kitchen and addition and overall house remodel. When we purchased our current home we had them create a new kitchen, bedroom and closet space in 2004. Now they are remodeling our downstairs and adding a beautiful new front porch and completely gutting the downstairs. The had to re-seal the retaining wall and fix the foundation that was under the house, put in drains, along the back of the house, pour a new slab. The old 1937 slab that was crumbling, they re-wired the house, getting rid of all the cloth wiring, move our electric panel, cables etc. and of course built the new room addition, porch, steps etc.

+ -1 moreAll went wonderfully, the results have made me more than happy. It was also very interesting to watch how all the work was being done. To repeat, I would, and more then likely will, have Mr. Reynolds/Kiwi Fab Construction working in my home again.
Description of Work: Mr. Reynolds remodeled my kitchen. He added new cabinets, an island (I never thought was possible due to the size of my kitchen), new lights, new pantry, and beautiful crown molding. He also did the flooring in my entire home, including a new wooden staircase, railing and a custom built armoire for my bedroom I am so happy with the job he performed. All who enter my home comment on his work and are very impressed at how lovely it all looks. I found Mr. Reynolds to be extremely professional, completely knowledgeable about his work and very good about completing the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Mr. Reynolds/Kiwi Fab Const. to anyone wanting to remodel their home.
