I called and promptly received an appointment for the next day.  May was professional, but warm and welcoming.  While she has 30 year's experience and is obviously very knowledgeable in her field, she explained things simply and thoroughly.  She asked and answered questions readily, and explored options for resetting the stones.  She was frank and practical about which gems were best left as they are, which I also appreciated.  I will readily seek May's services again, and recommend that others contact her too.

My elderly parents passed away recently and there were several watches, necklaces, rings, and pins that I needed to value so they could be evenly divided with my sister.  May was very professional and understood that I just needed a "ballpark" value for these jewelry pieces.  She was thorough in her examination of each item, telling me that some of them weren't worth much at at all.  It was just what I needed to be able to handle this aspect of my parents' estate.  I highly recommend May to others with similar needs.
