 + -1 moreThey were great! I thought they were the best movers we've ever used! They provided excellent customer service. The owner himself followed up almost every 30 minutes to an hour to ask if we had any questions or concerns because he couldn't be there on site during the move. He was really hands-on even though he couldn't be there. He sent out two workers for the job.
Description of Work: They moved us about 25 miles within California. For approx. 5 hours it was $500 and this included everything in our move. Including an extremely large television which they moved very delicately, large pieces of furniture, and other delicate items that they were very careful with.

 + -1 moreHe did come and cover our leaky roof with a tarp and nailed it down until the insurance people could come out to inspect it . He is young. He is also very dependable and helpful. He is a great guy. He is very nice and friendly. He is also insured.
Description of Work: He does an excellent job on hanging outside Christmas lights. He will even purchase the lights for you if you don’t have them.

 + -1 moreExcellent Service! I would not hesitate to use Craigs Mover OC again (and probably will when I purchase other furniture on Craigslist)!
Description of Work: Small Local Moves & Craigslist Purchases - Craigs Mover OC to the Rescue! We needed to move an extremely heavy sofa bed from Long Beach to Rancho Santa Margarita, then pick up a new large sofa in Dana Point we just purchased on Craigslist and bring it back to Long Beach - no problem for Serge of Craigs Mover OC! For over 100 miles of driving, he gave us an extremely fair quote. He showed up prepared, with all addresses and went to work right away. He took excellent care of the furniture and communicated his ETA's. I did not feel like driving back out to Dana Point to pay for my CL purchase so I gave Serge the cash and he handled the transaction! I would not hesitate to recommend Serge! He goes above & beyond.
