Description of Work: Bill came to diagnose the problem; Larry & Gilbert did the fix. Proper tubing was put over the furnace; a duct to a "cold" room was restored so heating reached it; openings on roof were sealed to protect against rain coming in. I had no idea about how to fix these problems, but Cool Air Tech did. They were fast & polite. I would definitely use them again. We now feel much better about the safety and effectiveness of our heating system. Larry was especially great about getting up on our roof to seal around the ducts. Our highest recommendation.

Description of Work: I had the company come out to give a competitive bid on a new condenser for our a/c. Bill, the owner, came out within 2 hours of my first call. He was able to install a new condenser for less than half the cost of the first bid we received because he installed a less-efficient, and therefore less expensive model. Because we only use our a/c a few days a year, most years, he felt we didn't need a heavy-duty super-efficient model. It was installed within a week; the men who installed it were very polite and neat, and it works great so far.
