I called the company 7/27 A.M. and they came in the afternoon as promised. I had called another company earlier in the morning and they could not send anyone for two days.

Our A/C unit wasn't working and he came out to service the unit. He was very knowledgeable and fair. He recommended we replace the A/C unit and gave a fair price. He was courteous and responsive. We didn't use his company only because we had a family friend repair the unit.

Furnace died. He came out, could find no problem. Furnace started to work again. He checked the installation out. Tightened some loose connections, furnace working O,K, since

After having done a complete remodel, I've seen the full range of quality - good and bad. Bill was as good as they get, arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, charged a fair price, and was pleasant to deal with. I will use him again.

I was very happy with the professionalism, cleanliness, and performance from Cool Air Tech. My air conditioner has been on the fritz for over a year and when it did work I couldn't get my master bedroom (which is on the 2nd floor) to cool down. After the last few days of summer heat, I acted and used your service. I called two different companies and Cool Air not only beat the other guys price but they were also more professional as the other company was late for their appointment. I am very pleased with the entire process and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of their service.

I chose this contractor based on their AAA rating and I was not disapointed. When I initially called the office Trish the owner's wife understood the urgency of my no heat situation. Due to the fact I had a sick toddler in a very cold house. She had her husband come out within 2 hours of my initial call. When Bill arrived I found him to be upfront and honest. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained in laymens turns what needed to be done so I can understand what the problem was. We OK'd the work before he started and the bill was MUCH less than anticipated. I appreciated his honesty and quick work. I was expecting to have to pay and lot more. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. They were a pleasure to work with.

I found cool Air Technologies on Angie's List, liked all the great reviews, but saw they did not service my area. I left a message after hours on a Monday to please consider giving me an estimate anyway & received a call from the office the following morning. Trish told me they would be happy to give me an estimate, so we set it up for that day. Bill & Larry, their chief installer came out that afternoon right on time & went through a thorough inspection of my existing furnace, forced air ducts & attic access. They considered the location of the furnace & breaker box, then we discussed my options for locating the outdoor unit and the most efficient way to rout the power & refrigerant lines. The whole process was very expedient & professional, all of my questions answered. There was no hype, bs or high pressure. Best of all, Bill gave me a quote which was considerably lower than expected. I was impressed, so I decided to go with them. We set up an installation for that Thursday. They arrived on time at 8:00am for the installation, worked non-stop all day until the job was done. The installation was exactly as they said it would be & Bill demonstrated the operation of the furnace & A/C. He also adjusted the vents for optimal air flow & went over the thermostat settings. My system was completely installed exactly 3 days from the time I left a message Monday night. These guys are a pleasure to work with, honest & professional.

Positives 1. Very friendly phone contact (service tech's wife). 2. Punctual, informative and friendly service tech. 3. Did not try to push immediate replacement of vent fan motor even though the bearings are quite noisy. Negatives 1. When making the appointment, I was told they could not give an estimate, but when tech arrived he told me before starting work there was a standard price of $79 per unit for general inspection. I would also expect that when two units are inspected on one visit, the second inspection should not cost as much since only one trip is made. 2. During the entire inspection we had considerable air flow through the condo due to open windows and doors - to help ventilate odor from recent painting. The tech made no attempt to reduce this air flow when measuring the CO level in the hallway, so it is hard for me to believe the measurements were valid. I should have questioned this at the time but did not. In fairness, I suspect he would have accommodated a request to do reduce the air flow had I asked at the time - but I do feel he should have taken the initiative on that.

They called back right away and performed the service the next day.

One night our gas heater came on, but the blower never turned on. We are somewhat competent electronically, and after reading the schematics, were able to confirm that the safety switch which is supposed to open if the unit gets too hot had opened. Bill, the owner, arrived the next afternoon just as we came home from work. Bill explained everything he replaced, and gave us some very helpful tips about keeping our 20 year old heating working. He also gave us some advise about what we could expect when the time comes that we need to replace it. I've never had any work done on a furnace, so I don't know that I'm a good judge of wether or not the price was reasonable, but I was very pleased with the service, and appreciative of the time Bill spent to explain everything to us.

I was impressed at all the work done. It was timely, professional, and expedient. The asbestos abatement team was in and out. They beat me home, my son showed them where things were, and they were all but done when I arrived home to meet them. The actual installation of the system was very smooth. First they made sure everything would fit, agreed upon location of the air handler, and then gave me the schedule. They installed/replaced the heater, first, made sure it worked (that night was going to be a cold one). Then the next day, they installed the rest of the system (air conditioning). They had to figure out how to run the conduit and wiring/venting to the handler, but it all was solved well with little trouble. I was very happy.

Overall the experience and repair job was excellent. I am sitting in a warm bedroom that was an iceberg only two hours ago.

Bill was very punctual, arrived when promised. He diagnosed the problem right away and thought he had the part in his truck. When he discovered it wasn't the right fit, he immediately went to a supplier, got the right part and fixed it all within a couple hours. I was very glad as my house did not have heat for 3 days due to the holiday. we called the day before New Years and he was on another job. Due to the holiday, he couldn't come back until Friday - which he did as promised.

Bill arrived on time, looked at the unit, tightened things down and adjusted the vents. He was very friendly and professional. When I called to make the appointment, the lady I spoke with (forgot her name) was also very pleasant and fun to talk to.

The job was done quickly and professionally. The inspection was extremely thorough and the company provided a detailed report on the condition of all parts of the system.

They were wonderful. He found a leak that we did not know that we had. He fixed that hairline leak and he fixed it almost instantly for $10. He was really fast, and was a very nice man. He did a great job, and I would definitely call them again.

Since water was leaking from the furnace area, Trish got to work quickly to put us in as an emergency call, even though it was already after 5:00 pm. We had a diagnosis within hours, and a quote within a reasonable time as well. We accepted the quote to replace the furnace and central air. Workers showed up on time and were very helpful and communicative.

They were very professional and I was happy with them. They were on time and easy to work with. They clean up after themselves and I would recommend them.

My air went out on a day when it was 95 plus degrees. They rearranged their schedule so that we could have air when I told them I had small children that needed to nap in the afternoon. Initially, they advised that they could not get out for a day or two to diagnose the problem. When I told them I had small children, they called me within the hour to notify me that they had rearranged some appointments so that my problem could get fixed ASAP. I was extremely impressed by the personal attention to my situation. The owner of the company arrived. He was very prompt, super knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. He was a straight shooter and I never once got the impression that I was getting swindled. He gave me the news that my A/C unit was 24 years old and had a leak. Because of the age of the unit, he recommended we replace the unit as it could not be repaired. He gave me all the options and I really appreciated his honesty. He refilled the freon so we could have our air back on. Once it runs out again we are definitely calling them back to replace the unit. Superb service. Most definitely recommend.

Cool Air Technologies is wonderful to work with, and they provide excellent customer service. They really wanted our business, and they were diligent about following up with us at every stage of the process. When it came time to install, they showed up on time, worked hard, and did everything they said they would do. Their installers were friendly and conscientious. Their prices were right in line with what other people told us they paid to have a new furnace and a/c installed.

The installers were on schedule. They called in advance before they came out. They were quick. They came at 8AM and were done at 12PM. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
