Technician came exactly as scheduled, very pleasant and courteous young man, very professional. Explained exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. Also discussed various options as to what could be done and the costs of each option prior to commencing work. Work was done quickly and professionally. Very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to use the again in the future. Excellent service.
Description of Work: Replaced door lock and deadbolt, re-keyed 4 locks; graphite and repair front door deadbolt and door lock.

+ -1 moreThese guys were awesome! They came out, and quickly re-keyed 6 locks after a former house-hold employee left suddenly. They were quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced. They explained our options and made a reasonable recommendation. We did buy an upgraded door nob and lock from them that, possibly, could have been found cheaper elsewhere. That said, the convenience of getting it done right, and right away, made it a good value. We will not hesitate to call them again!
Description of Work: Re-keyed 6 locks, and replaced a door nob with a more secure lock.

He made sure I was happy with the configuration of all the knobs being installed and just a very pleasant contractor to deal with. Would recommend him highly and will certainly call him for any locksmith needs in the future.
