BOBBY WAS THE LOW BIDDER AND I COULD ALSO APPLY HIS COUPON. THERE WERE NOT AS MANY REVIEWS, HOWEVER, AS SOME OF THE OTHER BIDDERS FROM THE LIST. DID ALL OF THE WORK ACCORDING TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. BOBBY HAD A COUPLE OF CREWS THAT FOLLOWED EACH OTHER TO DO VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE JOB--TRIMMING, CLEANUP AND GRINDING. I THOUGHT IT WAS A LOT OF RESULTS FOR THE PRICE. THE BAMBOO IS ALWAYS A CHALLENGE, AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE THOROUGHNESS OF THE TRIMMING AND CLEANUP. I WAS GOING TO APPLY THE COUPON TO THE JOB, BUT WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE RESULT THAT I APPLIED IT AS A TIP FOR THE CREW INSTEAD. I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO NEIGHBORS AND WILL DEFINITELY USE B& J FOR FUTURE BAMBOO MAINTENANCE!!

I made an appointment to receive an estimate. I was given an appointment for the next day. I called around three hours into the four hour window I was given. The estimator said "Oh yeah, I was going to call you and let you know that I cannot come to give you the estimate this morning." When I asked if it was possible to come later that day he said - "I can't, I have a soccer game to go to." When I asked for another appointment time, I was told he would return my call. Needless to say, I never heard back.

Estimator came out and was very professional and explained the different type of trimming that could be done to our two overgrown trees, and gave his thoughts on what would be best. We accepted his recommendations and the estimate. It was scheduled for Monday morning; as it was raining that day, they called ahead and rescheduled to the following day due to safety reasons, which was understandable. They showed up on time the following day with a large crew. They completed the job in about an hour and performed the trimming beautifully and cleaned up completely. We had used them in before several years ago and were extremely happy with their work then, and they still are doing a great job now. We plan to continue using them for our tree trimming needs in the future.

A crew of seven or so arrived with a fleet of equipment, including cherry picker and a chipper truck. Asked if they could temporarily remove two small bushes that could have been crushed by falling queen palm parts. Politely followed the wishes of a neighbor regarding some details of the bird of paradise pruning. The company rep who did the estimate arrived shortly after the crew had started to be sure they were doing everything according to the order. Finished everything except stump grinding in a couple of hours. Stump grinder showed up the next working day and finished the job. I have used this tree service at least four or five times over the past 10 years; their prices are always fair, always exactly as estimated, and done quickly and expertly.

CAME IN AND DID THE JOB JUST AS DIRECTED. NO PROBLEMS DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT. I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING TREE REMOVAL OR TRIMMING ON THEIR PROPERTY.
