Description of Work: Removed clusters of fruit at top of 3 palm trees in my back yard.

Description of Work: We have a relatively small pine tree in our front yard which required minor trimming. There was some confusion initially concerning estimate, however final pricing compromise was very fair. Work performed was very professional and satisfactory. Work crew was very careful not to damage the garage or surrounding plants and shrubs. Clean-up was excellent. I will definitely use this company again for future needs.

Description of Work: Trimmed trees. |They removed too much of the Lelandi tree branches and left about 6 feet of the trunk looking barren on all the trees. The branches go down to the ground with this kind of tree. I just wanted some dead branches removed. i am very dissatisfied with |the way the trees look now.

Description of Work: We contracted with this firm to trim some Italian cypress trees and a palm tree. They were a no show for the scheduled appointment. When I called to find out when they would arrive, the receptionist had no estimate for when they would show up. They did not on appear on the scheduled day. I eventually spoke to a supervisor and rescheduled. He told me I would be first on their schedule on that day. They did finally show up and do the work, which was fine, but their lack of reliability was frustrating.

Description of Work: Trimmed two queen palms, no mess no damage to surrounding vegetation. Good stuff!!

Description of Work: Removal of two shrubs and a 10' palm tree. Prompt arrival to perform the work. Roots of palm tree were still just under the surface, so they came back and ground down the roots to my satisfaction which I appreciated.

Description of Work: we had a crepe myrtle tree that had been hacked-- topped and looked like a bush. They did such a great job "fixing" this once beautiful tree that now-- two months later its in full leaves and back to looking like a tree. Thank you- they are truly professionals at what they do. we also had 5 other trees that they trimmed and a long old vine. we got three bids and they were in the middle --others were not certified arborists. I have come to learn how important this is in trimming trees. will use again.

Description of Work: I have about ten fruit trees, some of them very tall, on my property and they trimmed all of them and did a fine job of it. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They did excellent work. They hauled the limbs of a large tree out of my back yard down a long narrow walk, but took good care and left no marks on the house or adjoining fence. It took them a while to return and grind the stump, but I was in no hurry so it was no big deal. Good work is worth the wait.

Description of Work: They came and gave an estimate that was reasonable and stated that they would be there on Friday between 2 and 3. They did not show or call so I called them at about 3:30 and they then indicated that the earlier job ran overtime and they would have to call me back to reschedule. As of Monday at 11:30 am they have not called back. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

Description of Work: I found B and J in the June publication. On Wednesday, we decided to have him come take care of the tree removal. We told him we needed to leave by noon and he said he would come at 8 a.m. I told him that was awfully early and he agreed to come by at 10 a.m. He did not show up at this time so I called and the office assistant said I was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. I told her I needed to cancel that appointment as we had to go out of town. I never rescheduled, but someone came the following day at 7:30 a.m. when we were still in bed. I feel as though there was some serious miscommunication and will be choosing another company for my tree removal.
