Description of Work: They installed two oversized glass doors and five windows. The installation and a required followup on one door which was not closing properly went well. The only downside of our experience was some misinformation provided by the salesman, which was rectified following some research by us.

Description of Work: "Very large sliding patio doors, 2 dual opening bathroom windows, 5 dual opening bedroom windows, 2 fixed closet windows, all double glazed, all new screens, all lifetime guarantees, all have coating on to stop UV, top quality frames - has made a huge difference to heating and aircon requirements - rooms stay temp controlled now. |Great service. So efficient on the day and did a good walk round afterwards with me to check all the details. Took away old windows and screens and installed new windows and screens and made a good job of fitting the new ones and making good where the old mess was. Very careful of the house, covered everything in dust sheeting and plastic and cleaned up inside and out at the end."

Description of Work: I had previously written a very disappointing review for AVW. However, once it was received, I was contacted immediately by the company president and vice president. They expressed extreme concern about my experience and said they were so very sorry and they would do whatever it took to get my business back. Those weren't just words, they delivered. They were genuine, responsive and sincere. In the end, the window that I ordered was returned in full and donated to charity. They said they would help me order new products and ensure that it would be a positive experience. I appreciate their attention and their follow through. I definitely will try their company again.

Description of Work: We had the windows in our entire house replaced. We found the service to be very high quality and love our new windows! They are excellent quality windows and have already made a significant difference in how often our heater kicks on. The one thing I did not expect is how much difference they would make in the appearance our of house! They are beautiful from the outside and truly gorgeous from the inside. They make us feel like our whole house has been remodeled!! Very impressed!! Armen was our sales person, but everyone that came to our house was efficient, did a great job and really seemed to care about the installation being high quality. They had to come back to do some stucco work (which was very well done) and we added a few additional windows. They forgot a screen, but brougt it out as soon as it was order and generally made sure the job was complete and we were pleased. Really love our new windows!!

Description of Work: I was remodeling my kitchen and needed a garden window replaced as soon as possible. The sales woman ( Sybil)told me it was going to take about two weeks for the windows to be insatalled since it needs to be ordered from the factory. However it took six weeks for the window to arrive, and when it did, the measurement they had taken was inaccurate. I was very disappointed and had to wait for another month for a new window. I called several times to check on the window, and the processor ( Oscar ) never returned my call. I have more windows to replace but I don't think I will use them agian.
