Contacted contractor and set up appointment for them to view a bath remodel for hall and master baths. He came and went through with us everything we wanted done. Said he would have an estimate to us within a day or so. We didn't receive one so called and asked about it. He said he'd been very busy but would get it to us that evening. Didn't show up. Called again about a week later and left message. Called yesterday and asked if he was going to provide an estimate. He said he had sent us one and read off the email he said he'd sent it to. It was incorrect. He said he'd resend to the correct email that evening when he could send it from his digital (10/25/13). It's the evening of the 26th and we still haven't received anything. Assume he doesn't have time to perform the work but it would have been easier if he'd just said so in the very beginning after we discussed what we wanted done. It would have saved us time and we wouldn't have continued to bother him.
