 + -1 moreThey came out and unit was very old, needed part that would cost a lot and had to be ordered. Technician modified another part to work correctly and safely in my unit, giving me working heat right away at reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Heater not working suddenly, during very cold time.

Description of Work: BOUGHT A $10K HVAC UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY 3 YEARS AGO. HAVE REFERRED 10 FRIENDS THAT ALSO PURCHASED FROM THEM. THE INITIAL SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT THE MAINTANANCE SERVICE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. THE TECH DID NOT IDENTIFY ALL OF THE PROBLEMS THE FIRST TIME AND HAD TO ORDER PARTS. I HAD TO PAY FOR EACH VISIT THAT HE CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE PARTS, THEN PAY AGAIN WHEN HE DISCOVERED A DIFFERENT PROBLEM AND HAD TO ORDER NEW PARTS.

 + -1 moreInstallation team and the electrician, were top notch, courteous, excellent workmanship and respectful. Owner communicated on timely fashion, but installed a thermostat that was not what was agreed on in contract. Correct thermostat installed later. Don't know if will use again or not.
Description of Work: Installation of entirely new air conditioning and heating system including necessary change out of some ducting. Addition of bafflers, installed new 2-zone thermostat system and performed air flow testing before and after.

They researched and garnered for us the manufacturers warranty still available even though they had not sold us the A/C. We were so impressed with their service that we currently have a maintenance agreement on our A/C units with them. April, 2012
Description of Work: After dealing with several heating/AC firms for our commercial rentals, it is a pleasure doing business with Saunders. All employees are professionional and punctual, and the estimate given is the final price. They are our go-to firm for future heating/AC maintenance and purchases.
