Main Electric

Everything went just great. He came when it was convenient for us. Did a great job. I like the fact that he grew up here and seems to know his job. He is courteous, professional and didn't charge me an arm and leg.

I called Friday to schedule someone to come in and install a ceiling fan ASAP because I do not have light in the living room until then. I asked to have it wired to a switch as well. The lady booked me for Monday at 2 PM, which I took time off of work for. Monday is here, and as I'm waiting for the electrician, I receive a phone call at 2:10 pm informing me their electrician went home sick earlier and cannot come out and to reschedule for Wednesday at 10 AM. I get that this situation was unforeseeable, but I wish someone would've called me sooner, so I wouldn't have taken time off of work. I asked if there's someone else because I'm already home, and there's no way I can take more time off. She apologized and said there's no one else since it's a two man job. Well, unfortunately, I'm still out of a light, still living off of flashlights, and am losing money by taking time off of work. Lose-lose. They're still very professional, however. On the other hand, will I use them again? Not sure.

Eric called to schedule an appointment. On the date of the appointment he was punctual and friendly. He came in and set right to work installing the ceiling fans which were replacements for existing fans that had worn out. The fans were installed on 16-foot ceilings and the installation was complicated. The work was done very well and the charge was the same as the estimate. We are very pleased with the work and will recommend Eric and Main Electric to anyone. This company certainly deserves to be on the top of Angie's List.

They squeezed me into their tight schedule so that I could get the problem fixed that day. They called to see if coming earlier would be o.k. Got right to work and located and fixed the problem.

Eric provided excellent service. He was extremely knowledgable about a wide variety of electrical issues we had in our older home. He provided us with a very reasonable quote and worked in an efficient and professional manner. We were very happy with the results and would use Main Electric for all our electrical needs.
