+ 0 moreI think they did a great job. The only down fall would be, it took them a long time. They were busy. They were punctual. When they said they were going to come, they came.
Description of Work: We used L S Owens Construction to do repairs on our house. They did wood rot repairs on the exterior of our house.

+ 0 moreAn excellent company. The job was redefined and enlarged in size because the addition water damages were found. Juan was very responsive and informative. He managed the project well also handled the city permit Their crews are courteous and resourceful. I was concerned the company located more than 50 miles away from the job site. It turned out they have adequate resource to do the job in time.
Description of Work: It started with simple siding repair but discovered more water damages. They did a great job replacing two house sidings and a rotten structure beam.
