 + -1 moreJim made this horrible nightmare bearable. I feel like my life was turned upside down and he came in and not only saved our house but saved my sanity. It is good to know if anything else unfortunate happens to our home I have someone I whole heartily trust to come and fix it. On a lighter note, any remodeling we do he will also be the first one we call!
Description of Work: We had water damage from our roof between 2 walls in our kitchen. Jim came out for our estimate immediately. He had to remove our cabinets and demo the dry rot. After he repaired the damage that was done, he tared the wall so water wont cause any more damage. Then he put up new drywall repainted and replaced the cabinets.

 + -1 moreThe whole experience was great from beginning to end. I was surprised since I had been told by many friends about how their horrible remodel experiences were. The demolition was fast and painless. Dirt and debris in rest of house was kept to a minimum throughout the job. Work was high quality and on schedule (except for one delay in the hood for the stove top, which wasn't contractor's fault). And the finished product was great. The contractor filled in holes in the designer's plans and came up with ideas to solve problems that worked. I have no complaints.
Description of Work: Kitchen and family room remodel. Moved kitchen into family room area. Demolition, extend family room by 2 feet, tile, flooring, custom cabinets, install appliances, electrical, plumbing, lighting, counter tops (granite).
