Pretty pool, worst experience I have ever had getting to it. Their crews are messy, Regena said they are not essential workers during this pandemic, but failed to call me and tell me that, after a week I called. (Guess what they are working now. )Didn't fail to collect the $4000.00. Crew left trash in my pool while they were working between pools. The crew came back to pick it up and yes they were mad after I texted Regena, but it was glue canisters, nails and crap. They didn't even ring the doorbell when they came back, just walked on it to my courtyard slamming the door on the way in. I asked them to not slam it on the way out. Guess who. The blonde guy. (See pic) not professional at all. The unused booster pump is still sitting there connected to the electrical box. I have no booklet for the light so I'm not sure how to use it. I have asked three times for it. NOW my pool equipment is making a horrible bubbling sound and it is right next to my master bed room so I hear it all day long. I just had new pool equipment put in the last two years and they TELL ME TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO LOOK AT IT. OMG REALLY. I didn't have this noise before you worked on my pool. On top of this every time I asked a question to the blonde guy(pic) in the crew he never knew the answer and told me to ask Randy. Well I didn't know who Randy was, but appropriate answer for a business should have been" I don't know, but I will find out for you". Was never told to get a new pool sweep, asked Regena what kind and Regena ghosted me until my husband called. The crew told me they could order it and Regena never have responded to me about ordering it either. Do yourself a favor. Don't use them. I have waited years and years to do this, was so excited to finally do this and disappointed in the experience is an understatement.

Well, I can tell from this, that other people had the same experience I have had. I heard the original owner died and the company has not been the same since. Short story, pool is ok, its pretty. I also have white dump marks all over my yard outside from the crew. They left glue cannisters or grout cannisters left in my pool between visits. Just found an adhesive for the light box on the ground that would have made my dogs sick. Left my pool empty for about a month after taking my money and feeling like they were not "essential workers", but decided to come back because Im sure they needed the money. I paid $800 fort a led light which I don't have the booklet or the warranty for. I have asked Regena three times. I hear my filter running and its not right, I asked Regena to come look at it, 4 days after they finished and at first she said fine and then I get a text from her they are too busy (But not essential workers how does that work). They will not make you happy then they will move on to the next pool and just get there money. I have my pool pump being inspected and have already been told by Pure Water that they wont touch the pool because the pump isn't running right. It's only 3 years old and wasn't making this noise before they made their changes to a suction filter. I was not even informed they were changing that, I was just told they were burying a hose under the concrete. I did ask Regena to come have her crew clean up their mess. She contacted them and the crew came storming thru my front courtyard gate, that has 2 doorbells by the way, slammed the door and picked up the trash in the pool and stormed out, not before i asked them not to slam my front door. One of those blonde men have a temper problem, which I wasn't happy about. He was the one that stormed out. Also he has a great habit that he doesn't know anything I must ask Randy......DONT USE THEM, They may have been good at one time with the old owner, but not now. Sloppy and don't care about their customers. 40 years in business, but not with these owners the whole time.

Terrible. After a couple days I knew it was a mistake hiring them. They were messy, their equipment left all sorts of oil stains on the street of my home. As well as plastering residue. All around the pool and on my concrete there are white stains they left. The finish is not smooth. They waited so long to finish the plastering of the pool, it sat for months. The bond coat was white, it started raining and because they took too long it started turning brown. If you feel the concrete in my pool it feels like sandpaper. I had someone come out and he told me the work would have to be redone. I got a sand filter, they added an in line coordinator. The sand filter is now leaking water. My jets aren't moving the water across the pool now, I have a feeling they covered them with the plaster.

Response from HARTT'S POOL PLASTERING
We explained to [Member Name Removed] in September 2013 that if she chose the Multicoat deck overlay process on her Kool Deck around the 30 year old pool and mixed concrete finishes at the patio, the temperature would need to be above 50 degrees. She decided to begin the project at the end of November. Therefore we had to wait until the weather warmed up, the substrate or concrete deck was above 50 degrees, so that the deck overlay could be properly applied. Soon after the deck was completed we were able to plaster the pool and finish the project that included filling in a spa and building a tile faced sheer descent with travertine cap. Pictures of this project are on yelp and our website.

Description of Work: Hartt replastered my pool. I talked to the owner several times on the phone in advance asking lots of questions to get myself comfortable with their workstyle and make sure that they were aware of my expectations. I expected them to perform as they said they would, for the price they quoted and have the work completed by a particular date. They did not try to "upsell" me on plaster/quartzite but answered my questions when I asked. Overall we were very happy with their professionalism, their work, and their communication.
