+ -1 moreThe staff was knowledgeable as well as patient when we chose the trees for our front yard. Their yard team brought the trees, cut appropriate holes, filled with appropriate nutrients. They left us with specific spoken and written instructions and called several days later to check on them.
Description of Work: Assisted in choosing trees that would flourish in this climate. Planted trees so that they had the best start possible. Trees are thriving.

+ -1 moreThere are a number of challenges here as there are a lot of roots and the system is not as accessible as one that serves only lawns and plant beds. I was expecting to do a much more and quot;in depthand quot; upgrade. However, the work that was done brought the system to a workable level. There were two returns to fix subsequent problems, and eventually it worked satisfactorily. The original bid was 900.00, but I bought parts for my sprinkler controls which were not used. I then bought a new control system which we did use.
Description of Work: Repaired home sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreEvery time I am there it's like I am in another world. Almost a fairylike or storybook feel the way the plants and garden ornaments are laid out. The place isn't huge but it sure feels like it is. Treasures in every nook and cranny. Prices are comparable to other nurseries in the area (the few that are left), plant material is in excellent shape and the staff is quite knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I just discovered this nursery last spring (2012). This is a delightful nursery to go to and explore. Fun layout. Unusual perennials and a nice selection of hummingbird and butterfly attracting plants. Only downside is I live in Modesto and the nursery is in Turlock or else I would be there several times a week. Note: I had to put a date of service and cost. I was at the nursery 5 or 6 times last year. Had heard about it for a year or so and finally went last spring (2012). The $300.00 for cost is an approximate of what I probably have spent since the first visit. I plan on spending much more this year.

+ 1 moreThe project was done on time and within budget, the site was clean and presentable at the end of each workday, and the personnel were extremely professional and an excellent representative of the nursery we would not hesitate to use them again and have continued to purchase nursery goods and services from them. If something is not in stock they acquire outstanding stock and guarantee it. You may pay a little more but the service and products are outstanding. we used them in July/Aug 2011 and again Mar 2012
Description of Work: Jay from Greenery Nursery came out and worked with us to ascertain what the end result should be and spent most of the day reviewing and planning, delivered a very good landscape design told us to look and review. We did and followed up with Jay, he then put a formal bid with prices and timelines. The project was started and completed on time and budget. Total redo of back yard and partial redo of front yard. new drip system, drought tolerant planting.

+ 1 moreThe job went very well. They did just beautiful design work which was very innovative and interesting design work. They have a beautiful nursery so that one can always see the plants in advance before having them installed in the home. They have innovative high quality design work. They spent lot of time, asked a lot of questions, clearly understood the interest in the overall objective of the landscaping project and just did beautiful work.
Description of Work: Greenery Nursery just finished their work yesterday. They redid our sprinklers, put in trees, bushes and did quite a bit of extension both sides.
