Description of Work: Danny L Shaw Heating & Air Conditioning of Modesto replaced my heating and air conditioning units.

Description of Work: Danny installed a new York brand split 95% furnace and 15 seer air conditioner and performed some significant upgrades and repairs to the duct work in the house including the installation of a new return air. The work was done by two of Danny's workers who never came to the site with Danny at any point. I had explained many of the important features of this project to Danny and was not available to relate them directly to his crew who did not accomplish everything. Danny came to follow up once, but it took him most of a year to come address my concerns some of which involved performing additional work that should have been done the first time. I must accept some of the responsibility for this since I was not available to give feedback at the time the proect was being performed. The work is complete now and Danny was able to do it at a fraction of the price of the next lowest bid. i collected MANY bids for this project.
