+ -1 moreThe job went better than expected and came in on time and at a very fair price. Disruption to tenants was kept at a minimum and no complaints. All phase made sure the job site was cleaned up and made safe every day. David communicated with us every day as to progress and what could be expected and more importantly what might be unexpected. This "best to worst scenario" helped us with keeping the tenants informed and things running smoothly and they did. We were pleased with the attention to detail, courtesy to our tenants, the quality of the work, the ability and knowledge to complete the job on schedule, the daily communication and of course the fairness, honesty and value in regards to the final cost.
Description of Work: I manage an older apartment complex and in one of the upstairs units the shower was leaking, damaging the unit below as well. The job consists of removing all water damaged areas treating for mold, of walls, flooring and ceiling in both units. This meant demolishing the old tile shower, drywall, studs, insulation, flooring and sub-flooring. Since both units were occupied while the work was being done, safety, cleanliness and completion on time meant a lot. After damaged areas had been removed all had to be fitted and replaced with new, and of course sealed and painted as well. In situations like this it is nearly impossible to determine how far the damage has spread until all affected walls, ceilings etc. are opened up making the estimating process difficult. It was agreed that All Phase would provide a rough estimate and any additional work for unforeseen damage would be charged on a hourly rate plus the cost of materials. Because of this type of approach and after talking with David (company rep), we felt confident and awarded All Phase the job.
