 + -1 moreAs an aside, I am in the process of selling my home, and my realtor recommended Roof Doctors. I trust the realtor and was pleased that Roof Doctors was on Angie's List. I am very satisfied with the Roof Doctors.
Description of Work: I called and asked for a roof cleaning of built up moss on the roof and also wanted a Roof Certification. Susan at their office was very pleasant and accommodated me for the time I specifically requested so that I could be present for the inspection. Chris, one of Roof Doctors Certifiers, called before hand as I requested to let me know what time he would arrive, and said what time he would be there. He was on-time, prompt and courteous. He then went up on the roof, inspected it, and told me that the moss buildup would not harm the composite shingle roof. Chris then explained what the roof certification would be and what was covered. The roof is a 25 year roof with 19 years of use so far. He said it would probably last longer than 25 years.. Chris then stated that he would file the report with the Company. He said I should call in a few days to get the Certification printed and pay the fee for the certification. I did, and Susan completed the transaction over the phone and E-mailed me the Certification. I printed it on my home computer along with the receipt. The process was simple.

 + 0 moreLeaky skylight not repaired despite several visits. Said I needed different flashing - flashing was correct. Another fhandled it by finding where it was coming in - better detective work.
Description of Work: Perpetual roof leak not repaired. Failed to answer phone calls in a timely manner. Mis- diagnosed the problem

 + -1 moreTHE LADY AT THE OFFICE WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY BUT, THE MEN WHO DID THE WORK WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE CLEAN UP.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED AND REPAIRED THE SHINGLES ON OUR ROOF.
