They promised certain things and did not do them but still took the money. They charge more then most housekeepers around here and do far less. They asked for $165 for a plush package, did the basic cleaning and then said they thought we had just paid them extra for gas. They refused to refund the money and were very rude and condescending on the phone. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and very little done for such a large service fee.

I am selling my house and had renters and when they moved out I had construction done. After all of that the house was a disaster. There was dirt and sawdust everywhere! Nothing had been cleaned very well for awhile. I called trinity and couldn't be happier with the results! The house was amazing! They did a great job for an incredible price! Not to mention Mandie was the sweetest to work with.

.I recently bought an investment property in Visalia, 50 miles from my home. Having no knowledge of the Visalia business community, I decided to joint Angie's List to gain access to reputable services as the specific need arouse. I contacted Trinity Housekeeping and Disorganization and arranged an appointment with Mandy for 06/12/2015 at 4:00 pm. I arrived at the house approximately 1/2 hour early and turned on the air conditioning so the house would be cool for the workers. 4:00 came and no one showed. At 4:50 I called the business number - got the voice mail and left a message that I was waiting for someone to show. I waited until 5:30 - Trinity Housekeeping still a no show. I called the business number again - got the voice mail and left a message that I was leaving. Drove home. Saturday morning around 10:00 I noticed a voice mail had been left on my cell phone at 6:53 Friday. Mandy stated that she had some sort of emergency and her phone service had been out all day and she was unable to contact me. On the voice mail she stated she could clean the house on Saturday. My wife called sometime after 10:00 on Saturday and left another message on her voice mail to see what Mandy had in mind with regards to cleaning the house. Mandy never returned our call. I believe that any reputable/established business should have access to more than one phone service. You would think that at some point prior to 4:00 on Friday Mandy would have figured out her phone service wasn't working and figured out a way to cancel her appointments if an emergency had truly occurred, I expected better from a business recommended on Angie's List. To summarize: I drove 100 miles. Spent 2 hours in my car and 2 hours at my property for nothing.

TRINITY is well known for doing whatever we can to meet our customer's needs, which is why we had an after-hours appointment set up with you for your property on June 12, 2015 at 4 pm. Emergencies happen and are beyond our control. Although I do not feel it necessary to post on public forum, please understand we did have an emergency occur that prevented us from providing services at your property in Visalia on Friday June 12, 2015. I did make an effort to call, however the above mentioned emergency caused me to be in an area with poor reception as I mentioned in the voicemail I left that day. I did my best to contact you and called as soon as I could. I would like to add that I never spoke to your wife, my last contact was the voicemail I left the afternoon of Friday June 12, 2015, and no plans were made to provide services to your property the next day. (Saturday, June 13,2015) TRINITY Housekeeping and Organizational Services has only one phone number for contact, 559-759-2700. We have great success in keeping in constant contact with our customers and is something most businesses do not offer anymore. Our phone is on auto-pilot all hours of the day so that our customers can have direct and immediate access to us should any problems occur. Our customers appreciate that they can have such easy access to us and our services when they need them. Another reason TRINITY is the leading Cleaning Service company in our area. Mandie (the owner) and the woman who would be cleaning were to show up at 8:30am. Mandie didn't show up without a call or even picked up the phone when we tried to reach her to find out what happened. The woman that was going to clean showed up over an hour and a half late. She said Mandie gave her the wrong address. This was such a disappointment after Mandie came to the house expressing her professionalism and the quality of their work. I will definitely not recommend Trinity Housekeeping Services. **I read Trinity Housekeeping Services response to my review. The only truth was the budget of $140. I did share my experience with Angie's List because that is what this forum is used for. End of subject.

The person that cleaned your mother's house was not affiliated in any way with Trinity Housekeeping. When we discussed services at your mother's home, I told you I would not be taking your mother on as a new client, but I would however try and put you in touch with an independent contractor that may be able to help her for the budget she was on$140 a month. I was able to put you in touch with a local independent contractor that agreed to help your mother. Later that evening the independent contractor called me and told me she would never be helping your mother again. Her reasons were that she felt your mother's expectations were unrealistic as far as the cleaning she wanted for the agreed price of $70. The independent contractor told me she felt "degraded" by your mother and would not be going back. She also expressed your mother only paid her $65 instead of the previously agreed upon $70. The independent contractor said she stayed at your mothers house for a total of 4 hours and completed the work she was there to do, but would not be returning. Trinity Housekeeping has a reputation of excellence, and is well known for going above and beyond to meet customer's needs and expectations. This was not your experience because you were not a client of Trinity. Best Wishes, Mandie

Great detailed work. Her price is totally worth the effort. She uses her own essential oil cleaning product. It has kept the dust down in my house and her cleaning lasts for a couple of weeks in my very busy household. I would highly recommend this company!

I know the chamber members, so that was one of the first things to attract me to them. They were recommended by a couple of friends, and I spoke to them on the phone a couple of times. They did a really good job.
