Plumber was not able to snake line. Instead of using clean outs, the plumbers pulled one of the toilets. All the sewage in the lines backed up into the house flooding the bathroom and laundry room. Plumbers left and did not clean up. After plumbers had left, we found sewage in the floor vents and standing water under vanity. We are working with insurance company to repair thousands of dollars of damage.
Description of Work: Called plumber to clean out main sewer line.

We were selling our house and discovered a leak in the crawl space. Stan identified the problem correctly, gave us a clear estimate up front and went to work right away! His quick response enabled us to continue other necessary repairs with the house. Plumbing problems are a headache, but Stan made the repairs relatively pain free.
Description of Work: Repaired a broken line from the washing machine to the kitchen sink. Replaced a cracked toilet.
