Description of Work: I used the services of Morris Levin & Son. They fixed the whole house fan. We had a fan that sucks all the hot air out so that we get cool air inside.

+ 0 moreWe hired this company in February of 2007 to install a new leach line for our home. The original leach line had failed after 19 years. We had delays and difficulty in having the work completed. In the process of the installation, they broke the concrete curbing which borders our lawn. Within a year of the installation, we experienced ground subsidence / trough areas in our lawn over the leach line areas. In about April of this year (2011) the new leach line failed. We asked Morris Levin & Son to inspect their work and discuss how it might be corrected. They did not keep their first appointment, and it took several phone calls and emails before they called to arrange another appointment. Their employees finally arrived as scheduled, did a quick inspection and informed us that they would have to pump our septic tank before they could determine the problem and recommend a solution. They pumped the septic tank the next day, but we never received a report regarding the problem, nor a recommendation for a solution. Update 8/12/11:Morris Levin appears to be making a good faith effort to correct the problems described above. Depending on the outcome of their efforts, I may further upgrade their ratings.
Description of Work: This company was hired to install a new septic tank leach line for one that had failed in our 19 year old home.

Description of Work: This company charged me extra for looking at my fixture, and then realized that there was nothing they could do! I still had to pay for full time. the guys was there for 22min, and spent 12 of those mins on the his phone. I do not recommend.

+ -1 moreI called them out to replace pipes and re-plumb a sink that was draining slowly. The man who came checked first, and found the real problem (stuck silverware) and resolved it completely. Excellent service.
