Just got home to inspect the repair we had done to a tear in our carpet. Chris called this morning to confirm he would be at my home at 11 and he did not show up till 1 pm. I wanted the carpet repaired because we are moving out of a rental and I want my security deposit back. Chris cut a huge strip out of the closet to cover the rip then tried to charge me another $50 to put carpet in the closet that would not even match. I could have cut a strip out of the closet myself for free. I wanted the carpet repaired not another hole to fix. This carpet is extremely easy to find. It is builder grade, simple carpet. Now I have another hole to repair before moving out.

Chris and his helper were wonderful. They moved all the furniture, and returned it when they were finished. They were very careful. My carpet looks great.

Chris did an excellent job with our home. Our carpet needed to be stretched and the rooms look as if the carpet was freshly installed. He also cleaned the carpets in the whole house for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for your home.
