Chris is an enthusiastic perfectionist, and does a wonderful job. My carpet was badly soiled by movers tracking in black residue from the aluminum floor of a freight trailer. It's gone, nearly dry already, and the carpet looks as clean as when it was laid six years ago.

Less than 24 hours after posting my carpet repair needs, Chris from Master Carpet called me. Fortunately, he was able to come over right away. He repaired the small burns in about 45 minutes for $200. The repair looks great and I am pleased with his work.

Very friendly and got right to work. Job was done to my satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. The patch job caused by an overzealous dog was done professionally and looks like nothing ever happened. I would recommend Chris and call him in the future for any other issues I may have.
