I think the owner may do great work on floors and carpets, but the cleaning job on my mattress with urine staining wasn't thorough. He spent plenty of time, so I don't think it was due to effort, but possibly not having the right macking for cleaning apolstery.

After the wonderful experience I had, I simply must write a review. I spoke to Chris from Master's Touch on the phone about having my carpets cleaned. He was friendly and thorough in his explanation of the process and stuck to his quoted price. (actually, it ended up being less than originally quoted). Chris was able to come out the following day to do the work. When he arrived, he was very personable and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving him to his work. When I returned, not only had he done the work he promised, he had gone above and beyond by cleaning a few extra throw rugs and area rugs. He was able to remove stains that I honestly did not think were removable. The work alone was impeccable. Add to that his pleasant conversation and upbeat personality...this whole experience was just perfect. I will definitely be hiring Master's Touch again in the future. I highly recommend Chris to anyone seeking professional carpet cleaning. Not only will you be more than satisfied with the work, you will feel blessed for the acquaintance. Chris was very friendly. I hate writing a bad review, so just let me say, I would not hire him again. On the plus side, some of the general work he did was very good (ie...the 4 hour installation of a wall plug). The not so good stuff was really bad. He shampooed my carpets with a floor cleaner. It did not pick up the water and left the carpet smelling like a wet mop.

Chris was awesome! Very precise with his work. He patched up several holes in my carpet where my dog had chewed through. He wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the work he performed and made sure I was satisfied. He guarantees his work also. He took the time to try and match a patch of carpet in an area where the sun had bleached my existing carpet. He even ran out to the store and got supplies to try and match that piece with my bleached carpet. Who does that in this day and age?? My carpet is a off-white, high pile carpet. Not easy to work with but, Chris, did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend his work!
