Elements Design Center

Elements Design did an incredible job. They are very professional and do everything they say they are going to do. Their start and finish times of this enormous project were spot on. There was never a time during the whole process that I questioned when or if someone was going to be doing the work. They communicate very well with status and progress updates and really go above and beyond. We were very nervous beginning this process due to 'stories' of other friends and/or families renovation nightmares. Elements was a DREAM, never a nightmare. We lived in the house during the renovation and still had very minimal stress! I will definitely be using them on any and all projects in our future! TOP NOTCH!!!

We were referred by a co-workers Mother who had had a wonderful experience, so I called and scheduled an initial appointment with Michelle. She was very professional, insightful and really listened to what our needs and wants were. The Elements staff were very helpful and friendly, anytime I had a question or concern they answered me by phone or email almost instantly. They started our project on time and were finished by the projected completion date. Everyone who came through our house was professional, knowledgeable, and true craftsmen, all of our questions were answered and we were treated with respect. Elements Design seems to only use the best craftsman for each individualized service. The cabinets are gorgeous, the granite is amazing with only one teeny, tiny seam that you can not see, the back splash is beautiful. Every choice that was given to us was of the best quality. We were given invoices weekly which was perfect for us, I was able to keep tack of were we were and what would be coming up next. There were no surprises! At first we were taken a back by the price, but after considering the scope of the job and the quality of the work we realized that this is a worthy investment. We came to the conclusion that the cost was about that of a mid priced car, however instead of depreciating over time it would only bring more value to our home...plus the value of the beauty doesn't hurt! I highly recommend Elements Design Center, our experience was wonderful and we would do it again in a heart beat!!
