I sent an inquiry in the eve, past normal business hours, and received a response & a quote that night. They were able to come right after the holiday weekend. The owner himself, Neils, came to do the service & he was very friendly & knowledgeable. He was able to clean the piece thoroughly & in a timely manner, didn't leave any kind of a mess behind. It was a very pleasant experience. The following day, I received a customer service follow up phone call, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using this service again & recommending them to friends.

Great guy, very responsive.  My dogs loved him and he was not afraid of them.  He worked hard and did a fabulous job.  My carpets are cleaner than I expected and the furniture is like new.
