+ -1 moreHe invoices at the end of the month and that's how I will know what it cost. It went really well. They showed up on time. He was very friendly and personable. He was very helpful. He was very good. He helped me out previously a couple years ago. He is extremely honest. He took pictures of plumbing under the house so he could come back and talk about it.
Description of Work: They replaced the wax ring on my toilet. They put everything back for me.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD WHAT COULD BE DONE. I REALLY DID NOT WANT TO OPEN THE WALL. I WAS SO GLAD THAT THEY FOUND A WAY SO THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO OPEN THE WALL. I THINK SOME COMPANIES WOULD COME IN AND NOT GIVE YOU ALTERNATIVES. IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME THAT THEY ARE HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY, THAT YOU ARE NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
Description of Work: THEY WORKED ON THE DRYER VENT. THE BATHTUBS WERE CLOGGED AND THEY FIXED THOSE. THE BIGGEST THING THEY DID WAS FIX THE WASHER BECAUSE IT WAS FILLING TOO SLOWLY. THE PIPES WERE IN A OLD SECTION OF THE HOUSE AND THE WATER PRESSURE WAS LOW. I HAVE AN 1928 HOUSE. THEY REPLACED COPPER PIPES WITHOUT OPENING THE WALL. THEY PUT PIPES ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WALL AND REROUTED THE WATER.
